So Ashen Isle has a giant volcano, and I think a very small settlement before this all starts. A small town called Endrill. Endrill had been settled twice before hand, but both times it lost contact with the Empire, and its inhabitants disappeared. So there is a wharf, and a dozen buildings that have been grown over.
