Ulfric jumped off the boat and into the surf as they made landfall, and immediate took charge, "Sniff out the perimeter, we do not want to be surprised." He gestured at another, "Omegas, begin offloading the boat. Cattle first, and don't eat any or I'll have your throat. Then make sure we get at least one of the No-Salt stones for the water."
He turned to Grey Ear Female, "You, come with me. The rest of my packmates, and yours will go into the Settlement and see that we are truly alone. Then we take everything worth taking. First weapons and armor, then tools of any kind, especially smithing tools, or tools for building."
He howled in a signal for everyone to move out at their assigned tasks.

His men obeyed his command immediately. They followed his command exactly. He walked into Endrill, and it was as empty as promised. There were shaggy red haired monkeys staring down at him from the top of most of the buildings.
There was a well in the center of the town, that was large, and open.*

Ulfric moved towards the well which made a natural rally point, while he nodded for one of the Betas to begin the looting.
He sniffed cautiously at the water to see if he detected an foulness.

The water was fresh, and rose high in the well. He could reach his hand down into from the rim.

"Tell the humans we have found a well and it seems safe to drink. No wolf touches the water the the humans have had their fill."
Ulfric would watch and see if the water had ill effect. An entire settlement of the humans was gone. Bad water seemed as good a reason as any other.

Ulfric could see the large volcano in the center of the Isle. There was suddenly a flash from that way. A fiery shape suddenly launched from the top of the volcano and seemed to be arcing straight toward settlement.

Ulfric howled out the warning signal, "Into the forest!" He yelled, "quickly!"
If they had traded one cataclysm for another, things were going to be bad.

Before the lupines could clear out of the way, there was a loud whistle. A fiery comet burned a fiery trail through the air, and crashed down into the ground by the well. Dust and flame roared into the air, and when it cleared Ulfric saw a War Wizard leaned over and scoop up a handful of water. He ignored the lupines as he drank.

The Lupines howled, and closed ranks. A war wizard was nothing to take lightly.
"Wizards survive?" he stated, as much as asked.

The man wiped his face and turned to face the Lupine. His sandy hair, hung down his back, and his face was scared, a new puckered scar looks like acid had been dripped on his face, "Wizard survives" He replied holding up one finger.

"They were eaten." The wizard glanced up at the volcano, "Dragon." He rubbed at his eyes.

"Many people are coming here. All who flee the the Ending of the Empire." That reminded him. He let out a series of barks, telling his people to prepare for the arrival of the other packs. If they had to leave before they arrived, they'd leave signs on the trees and walls to indicate they'd been here, and where to go next.
"Any other threats?" he asked, "In Forest?" he gestured northwards towards where the settlement blended into a series of hills, and beyond that into temperate forest.
